Directions: just west on Hwy. 52 from the other orchards. They're right on the highway, so you can't miss them (unless you're driving too fast).

Produce: Apples, cider, jams, jellies, relishes, honey, syrups.

2005 Prices: $14/bushel

Hudson's may be no-frills, and have no entertainment, but compared to some of the other roadside stands, their prices are often best.

Below is a listing of the apple varieties that they typically carry, in order that they typically start to be harvested in Ellijay. Be sure to call a couple weeks before they are due to start harvesting, as the actual date varies from year to year! Ellijay apple orchards usually have apples for sale from August to late December.
