things horseradish celebrated the first weekend in June in Uptown
Collinsville on Main Street. Where else can you learn how to prepare

lot of fun! Although the weather was cold, windy and rainy. But the
event was saved by moving Indoor, school gym. Sampled horseradish in
many dishes and Sampled Dutch Oven dishes, never spent a dime! Fremont
Flip Auction was mostly repurposed items, very creative!!"

celebration of all things horseradish from one-of-a-kind horseradish
products, to demonstrations, contests and activities. Bringing children?

more. The event will take place outdoors, under tents, in the Belmont
