A visitor writes on August 14, 2010: "I just recently moved from Arkansas and we had visited Hardin Farms a few times. The restaurant is good and prices are ok, they are open year round. However their fruits and vegetable are VERY expensive and you can find produce of comparable quality at much lower prices at smaller nearby farms/produce stands. It is EXTREMELY expensive to pick pumpkins there in the fall and the admission to the farm is outrageous! Lots of people in the area stopped going to the farm just because of the expense! We would get our produce from smaller "Mom and Pop" farms in the area mostly from Star City and Dumas. "

A visitor writes on June 22, 2011: "Called late in the afternoon the day before we went. Very courteous person on the other end. Drove to the entrance, then down a gravel road - a bit gouged by heavy rains a month previously. Farm was only a 1/2 mile from Hwy 16. Met Joe - very courteous - and bought several gallons of picked blueberries. Joe told us the best way to freeze berries and also how to let them ripen up a bit more once we got them home. Went back the following day for a few more gallons. Although grass was a bit overgrown in areas, farm was clean and well-organized. Will be the first one we go to next season."
A visitor writes on June 08, 2010: "My daughter and I drove to Clear Creek Farm after 2 phone calls to the alternative phone number (the first phone number did not work). I told them on the phone that we wanted to pick our own blueberries and asked the cost per pound. When I finally found the turnoff and drove 3 miles down a bumpy rock road, the owner of the farm did not want us to pick our own berries but to purchase those already picked at an unreasonable price! The bushes we saw were not trimmed back last year and had lots of dead limbs. The grass was very high down the rows and even higher against the bushes. "
