Selling your Preserves? See This List of Labs that Can Test Your Homemade, Home-Canned Foods

If you want to sell your home-made preserves, salsa, spaghetti sauce, applesauce, apple butter, jams, jellies, or whatever, you will need to test it, to be sure it is safe and meets the applicable food safety laws.
